About Kelsey Dixon

I am a digital marketing entrepreneur, leader, advisor and speaker. I believe in bigger + bolder—always have. I co-founded a digital marketing agency at the age of 24, davies + dixon, which was acquired by Rossman Media 8 years later in 2022. Within two years of that acquisition, I led and supported a 5x growth for Rossman Media. I've been named a MeetingsNet Changemaker and Connect 40 under 40 honoree and spoken for events such as MPI, IMEX, Women in Tech Regatta, Connect Women in Tourism, MeetingsNet Risk360, Graham & Walker and more. In 2014, Makenzie Davies, approached me to launch a digital marketing agency. Since then, davies + dixon employed a boundary-pushing team, worked with incredible clients globally and grew successfully to be sold to and acquired by another agency, Rossman Media, in early 2022. I’ve also served on the Association for Women in Events Board of Directors as well as served in advisory roles for several tech and travel startups. I now lead the agency directives and partnerships at Design Pickle, a creative SaaS platform, as an intrapreneur.I've been recognized and interviewed globally for building the davies + dixon agency and managing a team while traveling abroad before remote work was commonplace. I strive to rewrite the norm for me, my team and the clients I get to work with. I am always on the move, always exploring, always learning. I led from the front by meeting my individual new business development goal by 125% in year one and 170% in year two.
