I was one member of The Parsons Real Estate Team, awarded #1 in closed volume for teams in Pasadena, CA for 2014. I managed all social media for the team, including Facebook and Instagram. I coordinated all lease contracts and inspections. I maintained our CRM and organize bi-monthly touches with past clients. I optimized all listings on various websites online, including Trulia and Zillow. I worked with the team to plan all client & listing events, attended by 25-75 people.

Portland, Oregon Area

I organized three different Encounter retreats during the school year. While working independently to meet all deadlines, I acted as a liaison for parents and Campus Ministry. I supported team leaders who create the retreats by providing resources and coordinating logistics between individual teams. I also assisted the Associate Director for Faith Formation with projects and responsibilities as they arose throughout the academic year.

Portland, Oregon Area

Through weekly tours and visitation days, I was am responsible for demonstrating life at the University of Portland in an honest and positive manner. I acted as the face of the university by bringing the UP brand to prospective students at Admissions events in Southern California. I also aided the Office with special events including Weekend on the Bluff, attended by on average 200 accepted high school seniors plus their families.

I acted as a direct resource and advisor to 46 women in Kenna Hall. I aided my residents with a variety of issues, ranging from academic and social concerns to mental health struggles with depression and suicide. I regularly planned and executed events for my residents as well as residents in the entire building. I worked with a team of 4 other RAs, an assistant hall director and a hall director to create an inclusive, caring environment that both supported academic growth and fostered relationships between residents.

I led an evaluation of Ecumenical Ministries' social media presence and created a strategic plan to increase online engagement and advocacy. I spearheaded a team that planned a staff meeting for the entire organization. Working closely with the Executive Director as well as directors of different ministries, I was able to gain greater understanding about the inner workings of a large, state-wide nonprofit.

I worked directly with the parish's business manager, assisting in management activities of St. Dorothy's relating from physical upkeep to budget. I solely planned and created the weekly bulletin publication using Microsoft Publisher.
