- Responsible for overseeing the overall corporate HR programs and processes- Strategic and tactical business partner who advises the creation of the HR strategy- Establishes strategic planning, development, and implementation of talent management functions to ensure best practices in recruitment, talent development, total rewards, and employee engagement - Collaborates with the Senior Team in HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, performance, and ensure alignment to the business strategy - Coordinate with the Board of Directors external consultant on executive compensation- Engages and influences the leadership across the organization and the Board of Directors in development, implementation, and support to talent strategy- Help to maintain core values by promoting a diverse and inclusive culture through the appreciation of diversity of thought, backgrounds, perspective, belonging, and equity - Manage all components of the executive compensation program- Responsible for internal communication strategy including setting the overall tone for internal company communication, all employee communications, and sets the overall tone for company communications

-Understand employee needs and perspectives while balancing the needs to the Company, nurturing a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement- Oversee strategic workforce planning efforts, ensuring talent is in the right place at the right time, allow critical capabilities to grow and succeed- Coach and advise company leaders regarding strategic and complex organizational and employee issues such as organizational restructuring and business changes providing proactive, practical solutions and alternatives- Foster a positive employment brand in the community that is aligned with the overall brand strategy- Advise on compensation and benefits programs, policies, and practices- Facilitate decisions utilizing strong business acumen and influence skills to engage leaders to build strong collaborative working relationships-Partner closely with company leaders to establish a culture in a hybrid environment focused on belonging, ensuring policies, practices and procedures foster a safe and secure work environment, and equitable resolution of workplace issues
