Conducts regular supplier evaluations and provides feedback to leadership to look at possible improve performance or make necessary changes. Risk Management and Continuous Improvement: Identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with the procurement process, such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues, or regulatory compliance. Develops contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies. Identifies opportunities to streamline purchasing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall procurement performance.
