Recruitment Marketing Manager
CurrentCreates brand awareness by managing online and offline communities to promote companyand open roles. Manages the Recruitment Marketing & Communications team. Reports directlyto the Vice President of Talent Acquisition Operations and partners closely with the leader development team. Implements employer branding activities and training that shape the profile of ideal candidates to ensure our recruiting strategies address the right audience. Managesthe careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials. Develops content that illustrates our life at work (for example, blog posts, videos and infographics). Identify and promote the top reasons why employees stay with our company to attract potential candidates. Craft job descriptions that describe our benefits and company culture. Shares job ads on various online channels (job boards, social media groups, professional communities). Manages, hosts and participates in job fairs and other career events. Partner me with the Digital team to support development of content needed to further SEO, SEM, and Web site development. Manages relationships and optimize results from 3rd party job posting partners. Coordinates and manager all internal related activity posted for all social media related content for the recruiting department. Enhances the candidates experience by creating automated communication workflows from ATS and CRM via SMS and email.
