Music Publishing Coordinator

• Creating playlists and pitching our catalog to supervisors, licensing companies, trailer houses, etc.• Coordinating the flow of information between various departments including business and legal affairs, creative and post production.• Working closely with in-house creative team to fulfill internal and external requests. • Managing creative input from clients, staff, market trends/needs and other sources. • Attending industry events to meet and build connections• Maintaining metadata for music in various in-house/online revenue generating databases (e.g. RapidCue, iMaestro, SoundExchange, PPL, SNAP, Global Title Management)• Handling and approving publishing requests for Live Stage, TV MFN, Adaptations, Print, Branding and Franchising (specifically for Dreamworks Animation Television), and Non-Objections • Received a GEM Award that celebrates employees who take initiative, are proactive and are actively contributing to NBCUniversal’s collective success
