Coached youth tennis camps in underserved communities for ages 6-16.Used appropriate sequencing techniques to build players’ skills.Communicated with parents/guardians regarding the player's progress and needs.Used effective leadership and communication skills to keep players motivated.Was responsible for my own small groups of players with special needs throughout the camp where I could work closely with and modify coaching instruction as needed.
