Over 13 years in the restaurant industry honed my skills in management, operations, and customer service. Transitioning to a role in research and development at Footprint, a materials science company, allowed me to contribute to innovative solutions replacing single-use plastics with plant-based alternatives. During this time, I supported initiatives aimed at reducing CO2 emissions, minimizing landfill waste, and helping organizations meet their sustainability goals.At Trileaf Corporation, I bring expertise in environmental services, focusing on site inspections and due diligence in accordance with EPA All Appropriate Inquiries and ASTM Standards. I have significant experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for both commercial and telecommunications projects, as well as NEPA Environmental Assessments for telecommunications projects. My work also involves soil characterization and preliminary risk assessments, analyzing historical city directories, topographic maps, and aerial imagery, as well as conducting asbestos inspections and lead risk assessments. I ensure compliance with Section 106, migratory bird evaluations, and local government consultations.I am certified in AHERA Building Inspection, Ladder Safety, HAZWOPER, and Burrowing Owl Surveying. These credentials underpin my ability to perform comprehensive environmental evaluations and ensure project compliance with regulatory standards.Passionate about community involvement, I participated in the Earth Day cleanup with the Phoenix Suns and Footprint at the Butcher Jones Recreation Area and Saguaro Lake.
