Senior Project Manager
Current- Management of high-visibility Professional/Managed Services projects, waterfall and Agile methodologies, with budgets up to $1 million, according to requirements of executed statement of work.- Proactive collaboration at all organizational levels with executives, stakeholders and partners, sales, engineering staff, and third party vendors to develop steps necessary to ensure a smooth delivery of services throughout all project stages.- Create and maintain PMO process and technical documentation for official company reference/training repository. Work closely with executives and PMO to improve existing procedures and ensure alignment with corporate goals, strategies, and standards.- Lead daily scrums, project cadence meetings, and working sessions with stakeholders. Administration and oversight of all project communications and aspects of delivery. Proactively identify and triage/resolve potential blockers and day-to-day problems, troubleshooting, and manage/control escalations.- Direction of technical discovery and scoping, creation and implementation of project plans, performing internal quality control, prioritization of tasks/issues, and code review. Oversee project sprints, product backlog and issue log management. Budget governance, change request oversight to channel partners and direct pay customers, and provide regular status and cost reporting.- Setting, management, and guidance of stakeholder and team expectations for wide-ranging IT projects, from server migration to application/website development to Magento and other software upgrades. - Training and onboarding of new PMO and engineering hires, mentoring of existing staff, setting an example for the teams as a servant leader across all departments. Continuous highest-efficiency billable time threshold in entire PMO.
