• Responsible for managing multi-million territory in AB & SK with over 100 accounts including Shoppers Drug Marts & Pharmacies• Identify key accounts with untapped potential and achieve above average growth in these accounts• Develop and strengthen client relationships with cosmetic and front store departments to ensure total client satisfaction and ensure brand vision and strategies are met• Provide education/trainings on dermatology products to cosmetic managers and pharmacists• Implement creative and resourceful growth strategies for each account that are custom to individual client needs through interpretation of sales data• Manage team of demonstrators to increase product awareness and ROI• Manage appointments, bookings and travel arrangements with 99 accounts, maximizing efficiency while providing exceptional customer service. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Retail Link, AC Neilsen and the Canadian retail Derm company market
