During my time at Woodbury Corp some of my responsibilities have been:• Reconcile 15+ bank accounts, totaling over 5 million in inflows and out flows per month• Reconcile Balance Sheet of multiple projects at a time• Payroll• Manage 100 million plus in construction loans at any current time• Developed reporting for Government agencies (all reporting follows GAAP guide lines)• Implemented new Job Cost software system • At any given time I have manage the financials of 10 to 30 construction projects• Manage and help set up budgets for all construction projects• 3rd Party reporting-Currently I report to all outside partners from all construction projects• Assist in tax preparation• Manage the audit with outside audit firms• Monthly reporting to upper management of projectsI love to take on new challenges and the opportunity that it gives for growth.
