As a finance professional, I recognise that, to many, the world of finance may seem dull and boring. Well, I’ve got to admit....it often is. That’s why when someone starts out in business, accounting and finance is pushed to the bottom of the pile (unless they need funding, of course).Making a commitment to start and continue a business also means entering into a legal commitment with the state. That’s never going away while you're in business, so I hope you don’t ignore it and leave it to the last minute before talking to someone like me. Prevention is always better than cure.
