Kelti Owens currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations for Tennessee at Acorn Health. Kelti is a licensed BCBA and received her master’s degree at Southern Illinois University in Behavior Analysis and Therapy under the mentorship of Dr. Mark Dixon. As a Regional Director, Kelti gained experience leading a region of 9 ABA centers, growing services in several new markets, opening new centers and overseeing their growth, and outreach activities. Kelti is also Dare to Lead trained from DeDe Halfhill and has experience using this training to complete leadership training at all levels of an organization. Kelti has been trained by Dr. Gregory Hanley and Dr. Kelsey Ruppel from FTF Behavioral Consulting on conducting PFAs and SBT and currently holds a level 6 certification. Kelti is interested in leadership development, acceptance and commitment therapy, and treating severe problem behavior using a trauma-assumed care approach.
