Daily supported our client, Facilities Manager and management team with all operational activities, including maintenance, vendor management, equipment and supplying, occupancy services, accounting and finance, and proactively developed and maintained client relations. Also leader of the nationwide new hire on-boarding team which oversees the introductory training and mentoring of all new JLL team members on this contract.- Worked directly with the engineering team, multiple vendors, and our client to resolve daily issues. Often these would range from small immediate fixes to large-scale projects which would span months and involve multi-team and discipline coordination.- Organized and orchestrated multiple projects from start to finish, often leading small teams and often a tight timeline.- Liaised closely with kitchen, cafe, janitorial, landlord, and engineering teams management for support, communication, and issue resolution.- Proactively worked to repair, manage, and maintain building resources and resolve pain-points before they became full scale problems. Daily support for our client Amazon with onsite representation for all Move Adds Changes (MAC) requests, as well as ergonomic and accessories which were tailored to individuals on campus.-Worked directly with customers to facilitate individualized furniture and ergonomic requests to suit many different work-styles.-Worked with upper management to restructure the department in order to provide faster, more efficient turn-around, and better customer care.-Designed an organization system for coordinators within my department to help silo work to best suit the team members strengths.-Facilitated between the warehouse, installation team, and individual clients to manage and deliver products for hundreds of normal and unique and unusual requests per day.

Directly involved in the development of two shows with a team of professional designers in order to create two comprehensive designs. Also worked closely with the production team in budgeting and organizing the production lineup for the year of 2008.

Worked directly with the Executive Director to reorganize over 15 years worth of tax and production history records. Interacted with customers on a daily basis providing information about the facility and upcoming productions at the cultural center.
