I am currently a Business Admin student at the Jon M. Huntsman school of business. I am interested and skilled in the following areas: marketing strategy, customer/business relations, coaching/developing employees, Field Marketing/Sales, and statistical analysis.I currently work as a Local Marketing Associate at Utah Mattress Outlet. I am helping develop and execute local marketing plans/strategies to drive relevant consumers to the store. I am currently selling bedding solutions in both B2B and B2C settings. In the past, I worked as a Team Lead Assistant at Convergys, where I learned coaching and managing techniques in a fast paced customer service environment. I also helped analyze the KPI metrics that we coached on, determining what these meant and how to implement them effectively. I also worked at Northeastern Services as a Life Skills instructor. I tracked behaviors and habits of intellectually challenged adults in a residential setting, following a plan based on behavioral analysis. I learned about patience, empathy and developing others through this experience.
