• Responsible for the development and maintenance of daily production schedules as outlined by the S&OP plan.• Completed MPS/MRP for assigned product groups which included a complex mix of manufactured finished goods, manufactured components, and corresponding purchased components.• Responsible for running the APS (Advanced Planning System) schedules nightly and maintaining all APS settings to ensure no interruptions.• Controlled the daily MPS/MRP cycles and ensured that settings for each cycle for all Philips Glovia sites were updated daily and all cycles ran as schedule.• Created and monitored production dispatch reports for assigned areas (Buffing and Anodize) and held floor supervisors accountable when schedules were not met.• Effectively addressed supplier pricing and/or delivery issues; advised management of market conditions and supply base activity which presents significant risk.• Drove continuous improvement in both internal and external operations and was recognized four times this year for best Kaizen submittal.• Responsible for cost reduction targets for given commodities and assisted in vendor consolidation efforts to leverage business with strategic partners.• Ongoing interface with Accounting and supplier base to ensure correct invoice/payment amounts.

• Develop an attainable production plan by analyzing the demand forecast, understanding capacity constraints, and passing production requirements to manufacturing. • Utilize both Make to Stock, Assemble to Order and Made to Order strategies to support customer demand. • Work closely with Product Managers to understand variations /changes to the demand plan. • Work together with Production floor to understand and quantify changes to the production plan needed to service our customers. • Key contributor to the S&OP Process. • Drove key operational measurements: Inventory levels, days of stock, on-shipment performance, average leadtime, past due backlog, etc.
