End User Responsibilities• Provide install for new PC/Laptop/Printer/VoIP for user.Infrastructure and Operational Responsibilities• Provide install new server stand alone OS Windows, Linux or Virtualization likes VMWare eSXI.• Provide install network hardware for new Branch Offices, factory, warehouse or store.• Configure Network router (Mikrotik), switch managed, Wireless Radio likes canbium or UBNT, Accesspoint end point (UBNT)• Configure PABX, and VoIP.• Configure Security Surveillance systems (IPCAM, DVR, NVR, Access Door).• Configure NAS, for sharing and backup systems for Data Loss Prevention.• Configure network, likes hosting in local area network, public network access (NAT),etc with Sangfor Firewall.• Maintenance, and monitoring with NGAF Sangfor• Frequently/scheduling routines maintenance existing hardware,or software.• Daily routines provide support problem PC,Laptop,Printers, CCTV for End User.• Documentation Project, Network topology, Administration IT Service, IT asset management, and etc.• Make sure connection run as well from Branch, factory, warehouse, or store with VPN, or Radio Wireless.• Documentation about project, network topology, IT Administration config, and IT Asset management.• Monitoring network connection, and security network.• Investigating, and resolving network problem.• Plan, Design, Execute Project networking for New Branch office, factory, warehouse, or store.• Conduct training for user, for have a problem in branch offices.
