About Kelvin Hinde

My Name is Kelvin, I've been working in the fitness industry for 20 years. I started as a fitness instructor then became a personal trainer and a gym owner, I am now branching out to help more people with Online Coaching.I'm a retired Professional Bodybuilder, where I won numerous amateur titles including multiple Mr Britain's, Mr Europe, Mr World and Mr Universe. I then went onto to become an IFBB Pro where I took 9 top 3s and runner up at the 2023 Masters Mr Olympia.I'm also a type 1 diabetic who suffers from low testosterone so I've encountered many obstacles I've had to overcome in order to be successful.As I'm now retired competitively I'm dedicating all my time to coaching others to reach there personal goals, whether its a beach body, general health and well-being, confidence in their own body or sports competitions.
