With over 2 decades experience in the management and operations of mass accommodation facilities, I was blessed with sufficient experience to deal with the many unknowns amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Involvement with several COVID-related operations, such as the management of government care facilities, operating my own dormitory and most recently, being part of the swabbing operations critical to our nation's efforts to rein in infection rates.
