Started my own PC build and repair company as a way to provide great customer service and high-quality computer products. Created company website, setup distribution channels, and handled marketing and advertisement.

My duties as an IT Technician at Oshima Company CPA involved minor web design, software migration, and help desk. My main project was to assist in the conversion of the company's billing system, as well as creating custom formats, and teaching users how to use the software.

As an IT Intern, my duties included resolving Help Desk tickets, running SQL queries and functions for different applications, updating/troubleshooting existing ColdFusion and .NET applications, and testing application migrations.

As a student intern, I was tasked to help CELTT in specific projects and everyday operations. Highlights of my internship included software testing for an online social media project, helping out with inventory management of the schools computers, and sitting in during several different lectures for instructor training.

As the Lab Monitor for Business Education, I helped students resolve computer problems and questions, while providing troubleshooting procedures on lab computers and hardware.
