I provide Production Support and Application Maintenance on the Calypso and MarkitWire (OTC Derivatives) platforms. On a daily basis, I assist users with queries involving customization and configuration for Back Office operations, Calypso API, Oracle Database, Workflow and Static Data customization, custom Scheduled Tasks, and Trade Archival.I have a strong knowledge of Calypso Engines, Trade Archival Processes, Access Permissions, Workflows, Task Station, STP activities, and the Trade Lifecycle.I utilize Unix commands and SQL queries for data analysis and investigation on the server and Oracle database.I am spearheading the Calypso Derivatives archival project, where over 5.5 million trades need to be archived within a year due to an overloaded database and application slowness.I have experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of web-based applications, often performing deployments and testing in production environments.

I'm currently curating Craft to Exile, a modification package (modpack) for Minecraft that transforms the game into an action-RPG, and developing Mine and Slash, the Java modification for Minecraft responsible for the action-RPG elements in the modpack. I'm currently affiliated with Akliz, a game-server hosting company.

I developed a Python script to streamline the design of universal primers for over 100 genes to be used on more than 40 species of fish for a microarray, used by researchers across Canada for assessing fresh-water fish health. During my time at Windsor, I also analyzed large datasets collected from experiments using Excel and R (ANOVAs and JTK_CYCLE) to establish statistics-based statements regarding the health of freshwater fish.I researched the effects of changing circadian rhythms on fish muscle health. Lipid and carbohydrate concentration in muscle tissue, muscle cell morphology, and weight were compared between fish experiencing normal and disrupted photoperiods and feeding times. Microarrays Gene chips were used to measure the expression of genes of interest which enables a comparison between the expression of genes and functional observations.

- Human Physiology II: evaluating student assignments and exams on a weekly basis.- Genetics (Lab Instructor): prepared and taught genetics lab techniques such as PCR, agarose gel loading, pipetting, and genotyping to second year students.- Introductory Molecular Biology: taught molecular biotechnology techniques and how to use bioinformatic tools such as BLAST and navigating genomic databases.- Genetics (Technology): set up and managed online quizzes and assignments to ensure online course ran smoothly.

I helped developed a new Master’s level e-learning course teaching students how to use bioinformatic tools such as introductory R, BLAST, multiple sequence alignment, and protein analysis using tools including UCSF Chimera.

Improving clientele workplace safety by installing, maintaining, and monitoring pathogen detection devices during the COVID-19 pandemic, while following strict guidelines and biosafety protocols on a weekly basis. Also responsible for upholding communications and building rapport between clientele and Poppy Health.
