I design flyers for outreach programs, manage their social media accounts as well as anything that has to deal with publicity of their community intervention programs.

I was responsible for conducting monthly surveys that receive feedback from staff and patients. I analyzed and wrote reports using these feedbacks, and advised the core management team about possible actions that should be taken.

I utilized a range of printing equipment, such as screen printers, binders, and large-format printers, and maintained an inventory of supplies needed to operate printing machines. I troubleshot issues with the printing machines and made basic repairs. I also drafted and submitted reports for daily production totals.

I helped in the development and launching of the hotel’s online booking system which resulted in increased room reservations and patronization of hotel services. I also provided support in setting up the network and internet system of the hotel.
