IMPACT:✔ Took over a grossly underperforming program that was significantly behind on government collections, and challenged with requirement to close the books. ✔ Instituted best practices to address billing issues, leading a large-scale clean up of 3 years of billing issues. ✔ Met aggressive 6-month timeline to secure all monies owed (~$170M), meeting all SEC reporting requirements.✔ Selected by Board of Directors and company President to lead process to sell the company.

Led a matrix organization of 17 Project Managers, Engineering, HR, and Contracts, overseeing 25 direct reports. IMPACT:✔ Reduced overhead costs by 20%. Increased sales by 103%, and grew income by $16M. ✔ Turned around jeopardized programs that were losing money (programs ranged from $15M to $125M).✔ Successfully re-competed and won new programs (aggregate value of new contracts won: $200M) in the Middle East and Europe, leading to operations and maintenance of the largest Army Communications programs in the regions.
