Design Detailing of Marshalling Cabinets, Its Signal Conditioning and Onsite Commissioning.

Supervision of Design Detailing Documentations such as Instrumentation Index, Instrument Process Data Sheet, Cable Schedule, JB Schedule, Scenarios, P&ID, IFD, Interlock List, Alarm List, I/O Allocation, etcWorking with the DCS Control panel and understanding its functions.Knowledge of Cold loop and Hot loop testing of Instruments. On-site Experience with Instruments such as On-Off valves, Control Valves, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Weighing Transmitters, Level Transmitters. Providing applications and Systematic procedures to troubleshoot conventional Instruments. Also had Introduction of working with VFDs

Worked to learn basic control panel analysing using LOOP WIRING DIAGRAM and the installed of various Components such as relays, contactors, PLC setup, MCB, HMI et cetera.
