I performed other duties as assigned by the senior engineering staff. I also managed all engineering projects and their documentation including their budget. I communicated with consultants through emails, meetings, and phone calls to deliver information and solutions. I did critical reviews of multiple reports, technical memos, and lump sum/best values proposals submitted by consultants to assist senior engineers in determining 8 of the best value bids using KPIs. I reviewed invoices from consultants, issued purchase orders, and prepared courier packages. I scheduled all meetings and conference calls and established daily meetings and took minutes to ensure an organized timetable for the team, proper records, and distributing to all attendees using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I organized, maintain, and archived all relating documents on active and completed projects to assist engineers in prioritizing projects and distributing documents to stakeholders when required.
