• Quantity take-off / estimate of reinforcing steel bars through careful analysis of specifications, drawings, proposals and other relevant documentation of a specific project.• Submission of tenders/quotes to requesting contractors with quantitative summary of cost for reinforcing steel including wire mesh, bar support or other accessories required.• Identification and documentation of revisions or updates in current projects in order to deliver accurate results.• Ensuring quality service by following organisation standards.

• Preparation of bill of quantities• Coordinating with subcontractors for distribution of contracts/works needed to be done• Coordinating with Purchase and Warehouse Departments for materials management from ordering to delivery.• Responsible on site coordination and monitoring of project schedule• Coordination with the preparation of site rules and regulations, and general construction communication flow• Site supervision on several finishing works such as drywall and ceiling installations, masonry and painting works• Evaluation of quality of work done and rectification or repair of identified flaws and/or damages during the inspection• Site supervision on masonry works for interior and exterior works including unit partitions, balcony claddings, and reinforced concrete wall rectification• Layout and design of structural stability of concrete hollow block wall partitions to be constructed by the sub-contractors for each floor• Estimate and evaluation of materials needed for formwork activities• Supervision of area housekeeping to facilitate productive work of on-going structural activities
