I am a curious and critical thinker seeking a career where I am constantly challenged. Through my career and my interests outside of work, I am looking to continuously develop both personally and professionally.I enjoy building deep relationships and have a passion for making a positive impact with the work I do and with the people I work with.As seen through my volunteer experience, I have a passion for driving positive change and providing value to those around me, and this underlines my behaviour as a personal trainer and coach. I enjoy discussing thought-provoking ideas and enjoy being challenged in fast-paced and dynamic environments.I am proud to be Asian-Australian, and I champion diversity and inclusion in the community, and in the organisations I am involved with. Living and working in one of the most multicultural communities in Australia, I have developed a heightened sense of cultural competence. I love working with a diverse range of groups and individuals as I believe such environments drive innovation and creativity.
