ARCET is an industrial system and it's service provider company for Turkish and Middle East Industrial Markets such as Cement, Energy, Iron & Steel, Fertilizer, Paper, Glass, Edible Oil production plants and other related industries.

- Defining the requirements of the relevant area in order to achieve the sales targets,- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan,- Finding new international suppliers for chair segment and monitoring the performance of existing international suppliers,- Monitor, analyse sales and market trends,- Managing customer relationships and presents offers to customers,- Analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential,- Work in coordination with logistics, bookkeeping and financing department of the company,- Review and approve import&export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and budgetary restrictions,- Develop and implement compliant processes and procedures for all import&export activities,- Manage all applicable international trade agreement programs,- Supervise all employees involved in the export and import of goods, in order to ensure they are compliant with government imposed regulations,- Report directly to the General Manager.

- Monitoring international market performance,- Providing investment advice and market recommendations,- Liaising with transport, shipping and insurance companies,- Interpreting market reports,- Negotiating price, specification and delivery details,- Investigating new business openings.

To be responsible for the achievement of sales volume/ value,- Managed and implement approved commercial business plan to achieve company goals and objectives in expansion of the export markets,- Prepared annual export business plan and strategies,- Preparing, managing, and following up the export budget,- Followed relevant international exhibitions and participate,- Studied international market trends – prices and recommend actions accordingly,- Support and share management in setting pricing policies and development of new products considering customer needs,- Ensure whether the rules and regulations are met by maintaining the information about licences and tariffs.
