25+ years’ experience across a range of roles in the International Development and Voluntary sector with substantial experience at Director/Chief Executive and Governance level. I have a broad set of skills and experience that equip me to facilitate growth and change in diverse cultural contexts. With a strong understanding of strategy development for organisational transformation, project research and design, programme management and partnership development in Sub Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia and the UK. I have helped to secure substantial funding for, and led on, transformative programmes in education, conflict mediation, sustainable natural resource usage and disability rights. A great believer in the power and potential of collaboration - I have led on charity mergers, turn-around, and built cross sector strategic partnerships driven by a strong sense of shared purpose.
