Evaluation of ICM's flagship Young Midwife Leadership Programme (2021-2023), which has worked with 45 young midwife leaders and 5 executive midwife leaders in more than a dozen countries in Africa and Asia.

Conducted a global landscape mapping of children and youth organising on violence and climate justice in different contexts. The insights from this mapping of over 284 youth-led, youth-centric, girl-led actors and their allies (intergenerational groups, networks and organisations) that are working on issues of violence (implicitly or explicitly) and/or on climate justice, alongside a mapping of specific to sexual violence against children, informed Ignite’s strategy development process. Complementing mapping recommendations and providing further insights into best practices and lessons learnt within the funding ecosystem for social movements/power building groups, conducted a literature review of over 40 resources produced within the philanthropic field working with and for youth-led organisers, power building groups and social movements over the past six years.

Evaluation of RFSU's Learning for Change Network, which has 101 individual members from 45 organisations in 24 countries.

Evaluation of Oak's Issues Affecting Women Programme (2016 - 2020), which invested over ¢101M into the issues of movement building, domestic violence, trafficking and exploitation and violence in crisis. The findings of this participatory process are informing their strategy refresh.

Revision of an adolescents SRHR manual and facilitators guide for change agents as part of a multi-year programme supporting marginalised young people in migration affected communities in Southern Africa

Youth Engagement Adviser - supporting the Shimmering Solidarity: Global Rights Summit 2021 Youth Panel, which involved working behind the scenes and supporting two youth leaders to lead a cohort of 6 young activists from different regions to design their panel session. The youth activists met weekly to explore and contextualise research entitled 'MANUFACTURING MORAL PANIC: Weaponizing Children to Undermine Gender Justice and Human Rights' and the relevance of anti gender movements in their lives; to better understand funders as an audience; craft key messages for funders; and design a session that would speak to, and transform funders' approaches. They produced both a short and long film outlining their contexts and recommendations for funders.

Development of a visual storytelling manual for adolescent SRHR (The Torchlight Collective)

Development of GFW's Adolescent Girls' Rights Strategy and Participatory Grantmaking Strategy. Role involved consultation with grantees and women's funds, as well as engaging with and supporting GFW's new Adolescent Girls Advisory Committee with their first experience as decision makers for grants focused on supporting girl-led programmes and movements.

Maternity cover role. Provided technical advice and expertise to inform a portfolio of programmes and projects across Africa and SE Asia, in both humanitarian and development contexts. Supported the design and development of SGBV research in W. Africa as well as advising the content of a broader cross-organisation programme on contraceptive choice.I also supported the More than Brides Alliance, a CEFM collective comprising Oxfam Novib, Simavi and Population Council, to develop a Theory of Change for the second phase of their global programme. Role included working with country partners in South Sudan and Uganda, supporting a Theory Of Change workshop to strategise how to address CEFM within a cross border humanitarian context.

Supported coordination of the With and For Girls Collective's 2019 annual awards week, making sure 55 girls, young women and older feminist activists from 25+ countries across the world were nurtured and given a space to collaborate and shine. An intergenerational manifestx; a set of promises, intentions, commitments and asks — to and of each other — across generations and across borders was created as a result. Bid writer for a USD 35M cervical cancer screening programme in five countries across the globe, working alongside a consortium of partners led by a French government agency.

As part of the With and For Girls Collective, coordinated, advised and facilitated 12 youth activists, representing girl-led organisations across the globe to design and deliver the closing plenary at the Human Rights Funders Network Conference in Mexico City. The girls developed key pledges for the donor audience to commit to, which would advance their rights and work on behalf of girl-led organisations. Conceptualised and co-managed the development and operation of a speciality coffee house in North London, U.K (opened February 2018).

Designed and facilitated a three-day workshop to orient and train Parliamentarians of the government of Kyrgyzstan on prioritising the ICPD in the SDGs, conducted in Kyrgyzstan. The role included designing and conducting key presentations regarding youth issues, facilitating the meeting, taking minutes of the meeting and writing a final report with key recommendations for the parliamentarians to take forward. Achievements included: Members of the Kyrgyzstan government committed to prioritising the ICPD in the SDG’S, specifically incorporating youth SRH issues within their policy agenda.

Managed the design and implementation of a five-year EUR 12.5 million programme that supported youth and adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights projects in seventeen countries across multiple global regionsAchievements: • Programme exceeded all targets and demonstrated long lasting impact, including: providing 59 million SRH services and comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) to 1.4 million young people; contributed to 14 positive national level policy changes that prioritised the SRHR needs of young people within national health and education systems; and trained 21,000 young people as CSE advocates • Secured an extra year’s funding (EUR 2.5 million) for the programme focused on scaling up and sustainability through the submission of a successful proposal• Designed and implemented innovative monitoring and evaluation tools and strategies, including a CSE assessment tool and a mid-term review of the programme to effectively evaluate performance and quality of the programme• Institutionalised the programme’s integrated approach to youth programming within IPPF’s youth strategy as part of the Strategic Framework• Designed and facilitated capacity building initiatives for partner organisations with a focus on quality assurance, cost effectiveness and performance• Built effective and long-lasting relationships with implementing partner organisations, as well as other civil society organisations and government representatives in country to ensure sustained effectiveness of the programme

Managed the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of multi-country programmes funded by government and foundation donors. Role also included managing IPPF’s public sector funding, coordinating and organising IPPF’s Annual Consultative Donor Meeting, writing the Annual Donor Report and preparing applications and proposals for restricted and core funding opportunities.

Researching, analyzing and updating prospective and current donors, donor priorities and funding instruments. Manage restricted funded projects, including providing technical assistance in-country on project management, as well as public funding relationships and donations. Achievements: • Supported partners in Sierra Leone to strengthen their youth programming, monitoring and report writing resulting in improved results and impact • Secured funding for a three year BMZ funded project in Afghanistan (€500k) through submission of a successful proposal• Worked with partners in Bolivia to document to produce case studies, which have been used in a number of key publications, including IPPF’s landmark Stand and Deliver publication• Successfully coordinated the Annual Consultative Meeting with Donors and a consultative meeting with West African partners resulting in stronger partnerships and increased funding base • Coordinated and produced IPPF’s Annual Donor Report, which secured IPPF’s core funding from key donors
