 Supervises the handling, recording, indexing and scanning of various public and court documents such as lis pendens, certificates of title, deeds, mortgages, assignments and satisfactions to ensure compliance with all applicable County, State, and Federal regulations.  Process documents submitted for eRecording; identifies and enters all party names and legal description information; links referenced documents; groups related party names and legal descriptions in document  Accepts documents for recording; identifies document type; verifies statutory requirements  Assign, schedule, review and evaluate the work of subordinates. Training of new employees for the recording and indexing processes Complete end of day audit per Clerk’s Cash Control Policy as necessary. Calculates and cashiers related taxes and fees; issues certified copies  Searches official records and fulfills copy requests; certifies and/or exemplifies copies as requested; cashiers related fees  Verifies redactions and web confidentiality of documents recorded in the Official Records per Florida Statute; reviews documents for appropriate redactions prior to providing requested copies

Prepares all title searches, advertising, billing and files for delinquent tax deed sale activities from the application to disposition of proceeds. Auctioneer for Tax Deeds Sales of delinquent taxes. Transfer and Release all Transfer Liens to Bond and Cash security. Reviews, approves, records and archives Plats and Condominiums in public records.
