I take what's within my control now and plow ahead towards the future.My career highlight so far has been turning napkin sketches into products used by millions of users at Culture Amp, the world's leading employee experience platform.My programming experience has been in React, Elm, TypeScript, Kotlin, Go and Ruby. But language preference at this point matters very little to me, and I prefer to utilise the best tool for the job. Lately, most of my energy has been in architecting distributed systems – decomposing monoliths into micro-services that communicate asynchronously through a message streaming platform (Kafka).I have a strong passion for startups and entrepreneurship, and I'm motivated by positive cultural and economic impact.
