AchieveMpls- Researched college access organizations and service providers in the Minneapolis Public Schools, created a program matrix detailing provided services in all schools, and provided recommendations to correct inefficiencies in programming- Expanded the capacity for college scholarship administration by reviewing current practices, correcting gaps in efficiency, and assisting with bringing the new database up to date with historical data Field Community School- Created and implemented a service-learning curriculum addressing the achievement gap for 6th-8th grade AVID students, resulting in a student-lead after-school tutoring program at Field School- Wrote and received over $5,000.00 in grants for AVID programming and staff professional development
