Since then, I have climbed (sometimes crawled, sometimes danced) up the ladder one step at a time. Standups, team planning, and retrospectives are crucial for adaptability and it's important to remember that creativity flourishes best within well-defined frameworks and goals.I believe my secret sauce is my very broad range of skills, gained from working my way up from night operations and tech support to management. This journey has given me a profound respect for the importance of thoroughly understanding an organization and its business goals. With ten years of experience in a government-owned company and several more in startups, I've seen the best and the worst of both worlds. I know bureaucracy and urgency, and now I'm on a quest to find the golden path between them.I love tech in general and gaming especially. Also, I am the mother of two (8y and 10y), meaning that I’m highly skilled in logistics, planning, caring, throwing parties, cleaning, distracting, comforting, and playing.
