We've won a few awards along the way, but we serve as a steward to the people and places of the urban core. We are black-owned and operated and proudly based in Kansas City's east side.

As Chief Operations Officer of MOSS Salon Studios, Kemet focuses on fostering a “vibe” and culture that inspires MOSS professionals to also tap into their artistic roots. Finding balance within the interplay of urban entrepreneurship, culture, production, marketing, and operations strategy, Kemet aims to keep the creative juices flowing throughout the facility by overseeing the lion share of internal affairs within the company.

Kemet Coleman is a member of BNIM’s innovative marketing team, Spark. He has an unwavering faith in the power of cities and he is passionate about Kansas City in particular. As part of his passion, he founded the Phantoms of KC Social Club, a grass-roots organization focused on celebrating Kansas City. Kemet excels in graphic design, event facilitation, branding, and public speaking. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
