I have recently joined the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust as a non-executive director. I am looking forward to helping to steer outcome focussed service transformation across the three NHS trusts that form the new North West London community and mental health collaborative.

I established this business to provide consultancy services to clients including Transport for Wales (see below). My consultancy portfolio also includes the review of a start-up client’s go-to-market strategy in the construction sector and procurement strategy advice for a MedTech client.

I worked with the Welsh Government and Welsh bus operators in areas such as strategy development, commercial and competition law and customer experience optimisation to make bus transport in Wales more sustainable.
