- Provide administrative assistance to staff including reconciling monthly financial statements- Coordinate front line service- Oversee Student Affairs Website

- Assist in the coordination and development of the New Student Advising programming and scheduling for the summer of 2010.- Assist in the development and implementation of training workshops for New Student Advising staff and volunteers in cooperation with Student Transitions Coordinator and Manager, Student Affairs.- Oversee the collection and tracking of all student information gathered through the New Student Advising process.- Complete follow-up consultation, review and evaluation including tracking participant information and draft a report with Manager, Student Affairs on all findings.

- Front desk / reception duties.- Assist with various student enquiries ranging from course options to studying abroad.- Work with the Datatel database to further develop database.- Apply for summer employment funding and assist with health insurance registration.- Data entry of all relevant Study Abroad courses.- Daily filing of all student documents.

- Assist the manger of Financial Aid in the development and implementation of a new project for the Financial Aid Office.- Assisted in the release of Ontario Student Assistance Program loans.- Data entry

- Administration of all aspects of the Vendor Program including bookings, agreements, and invoicing.- Oversight and management of the office operations with the Operations Manager, including staff training.-Supervise / oversee management of the consignment book program- Assist the Executive Member and the Operations Manager as required

- Front desk receptionist- Assist in the development of the New Student Advising Programming and scheduling for the summer of 2009- Complete assigned tasks in their entirety.- Assist the New Student Advising Coordinator in any way possible.

-Assist the Recruitment Officer in assigned tasks.- Manage incoming e-mails, phone calls and walk in students.- Assist in the organization and implementation of various programs run by the International Program Office such as Orientation Camp, Introductory Week and Convocation.
