Technical Coordinator for UN agencies (UNDP & IOM), USAID and Foreign funded Projects, ICT infrastructure and Computer Systems development for NPC – Taking part in designing ICT solutions and initiating meetings & discussions with partners. Introducing the 1960 Hotline for NPC as a Mobile Call Centre Solution Introducing a Public Complaint Management System. Introducing Smart Committee Meeting Systems and enhancing the NPC Board Room with Modern Facilities Introducing IP phone & Computer Network systems with VoIP and connecting all 9 NPC Provincial Offices. Supporting ICT related tasks at the Election Commission Presidential Election 2019 Parliamentary Election
