The technology teams at Tabcorp came together as one team, with myself the Manager of Wagering Host and Retail digital delivery. My teams (developers, testers and scrum masters) deliver host software for 5 brands at Tabcorp. Highlights: • Managed a team of 7 Delivery Team Leads, with a total of over 110 developers, testers and scrum masters, delivering backend host and digital front end software solutions for up to 6 brands across Tabcorp Wagering.• Development for three host systems which make a combined revenue of $1.873M with 1.2M regular customers and supporting over 4000 transactions per second during load times• Development of digital solutions in NSW, VIC and ACT across retail, on-course and phone betting with over 2500 retail outlets and 255 race courses.• Overseeing entire OPEX budget for my team ($500k OPEX of $8M labour cost team)• Managing 3rd level support teams for production of all the above systems

Due to demand by the business growing, my team at Luxbet also grew to 20 developers. This team all worked on the mobi, web front end and back end of the Wagerplayer system, running the fixed odds for Luxbet.Highlights: • Starting as Development Team Lead before being promoted to Development Manager, leading a team of 20 developers• Developing the mobile site, web frontend and backend host system for Luxbet business• Lead for technical decisions and priorities for development team• Looking after two main systems and the technical and architectural direction • Creating processes and delivery models for the team as it grew 5x times in size

Luxbet (owned by Tabcorp) bought BEToptions software and I moved over to work for Luxbet as a Development Team Lead. Worked for Tabcorp as part of a team of 15 people maintaining and enhancing the Bravo System. The Bravo System is a real-time VMS system written in a mixture of C, Fortran, Ratfor and Macro that runs the totaliser system for NSW and VIC. The totaliser runs the entire race day, controls the large network of terminals, calculates odds, winning bets and daily sales.Highlights: • Primary contact for support of the online system which was written in C, Fortran and Macro sitting on a GS-1280 HP VMS box• Involved in large migration of two totalisator systems, integrating their account customer base, adding new products and enabling around 3000 new terminals to talk to the system• Worked solely on projects including adding two new products (3up, First Four), Ageing account fees and integrating EFTPOS system, all written in C and Ratfor• Worked with the ITSP protocol for pooling between totalisersTechnical snapshot: C, Fortan, Ratfor, Macro, VMS, CMS, C++
