I've worked in sales for almost two decades and have thrived in many different roles. I have worked as an individual producer and I have also held leadership roles. I have worked on, and led, teams in inside and outside sales.Through all these roles, I always maintained my love for the profession and embraced the challenges that come from it.     In my first run as SD, I led one of our second largest publication, by revenue and sellers, American Healthcare Leader (AHL). I took over the leadership with the mandate to continue growing the magazine's reach by developing our sellers and building relationships with our executive features and their vendor partners. I also worked collaboratively with our recruiting team to interview and vet potential new hires. My biggest achievement in this role was surpassing our revenue goal by keeping a high growth rate through 2017 & 2018. AHL grew revenues by ~13% for 2017, accruing over $2M. I was also excited to be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing training of the sellers working on our specific magazine, helping new CAMs start their careers in sales.In my time as Sales Director:*8/10 CAMs assigned to AHL graduated our 90-day on-boarding period*over $750K of revenue was generated by new CAMs with less than 1yr of tenure*AHL finished as the no. 2 magazine in total revenue and in % of yearly goal for 2017
