I am the Archbishop of the Traditional Catholic Orthodox Church. I have responsibility for the training, recruitment and welfare of all the Clergy and Laity of the church; some 25 Clergy and 1000+ laity. Ensuring that all Clergy and Laity and fully trained to be able to meet the requirements of their role within the Church. I am also directly responsible for the CRB checks for the TCOC. I am a Director and Trustee of the Church, which is an Incorporated Charity. I have corporate responsibility for ensure that the church complies with both the Companies Act and the Charities Act. I am also a Director/Company Secretary of the TCOC (Educational and Learning Services) Ltd. I am responsible for the annual budget of the Church and the TCOC (Educational and Learning Services) Ltd, with responsibility for constructing funding bids and negotiating contracts. I am responsible for the annual returns and annual financial statements, as well as the administration of both the organisations

I am responsible for the Training and Development of UNISON Members in the field of Learning. I am also responsible for the following:Casework and Case ManagementCollective BargainingCampaigning - Local, Regional and NationalRecruitment - I am responsible for the recruitment of new members and activists. Negotiating - I am responsible for the negotiation process at local branch and regional levels, as well as negotiating on funding bids and contractsBudget Management - I am resposnible for all funding bids and budgets relating to Learning within UNISON Eastern RegionHealth and Safety - I have recruited and trained new Safety Reps, I have developed H/S policies for both Local and Regional Safety Committees, I have extensive experience of Risk Assessments and Risk Management Tutoring - I have extensive experience of training and developing staff Public Speaking - I have gained extensive experience of Public Speaking, I attend various Regional Committees
