Develop, maintain and demonstrate current knowledge of applicable State and Federal laws and industry regulations to ensure Wells Fargo’s policies and procedures remain compliant and are adhered to in all areas.-Provided training and support to relationship managers, underwriters and mortgage specialist with their daily duties in underwriting and monitoring existing and proposed credit requests.

-Oversaw all operations and finances, including sales, budgets, accounting, P&L, forecasting, modeling, compliance, safety, service and marketing.-Carried out complete business organization.
