About Ken Anthony

My focus is applied ocean science to help the environment and people. After three decades in roles as research scientist, environmental manager, science leader and senior manager, I'm now keen to understand and communicate how we can sustain marine ecosystems and dependent people in a warming world. The challenge is huge and solutions have to come from teams that think outside the box. I'm now working with such teams in Australia and internationally to develop new solutions to the climate change challenge for coral reefs. We combine skills in marine ecology, ecosystem modelling, decision science, business strategy and communication. My role in these exciting ventures include team leadership, decision support, software development, systems modelling and communication.
