 Functioned as a project manager to ensure all milestones and success indicators were being met and ensured all deliverables were achieved for Casino & CGC projects. Led teams of technician’s onsite during project roll out phase. Opened gaming facilities by being involved in every aspect of the project from construction to operation.

 Performed QA on all new gaming hardware and software entering the province of B.C. Provided technical support to field technicians on a wide range of gaming equipment. Wrote technical bulletins and advisories for field staff based on research. Performed various board level repairs with soldering, testing and other electronics skills.

 This job had a heavy emphasis on installations performed in industrial and construction settings. Installed and tested various structured cabling systems throughout BC. Troubleshooting and service calls throughout the lower mainland. Installed and configured equipment such as PBX and Key Systems.
