Plan, schedule, execute, and continuously monitor daily maintenance work; ensure employees' understanding of and commitment to achieve project goals; read and interpret all isometric schematics including piping, instrumental and electrical; order materials and equipment for daily maintenance work jobs and ongoing projects; maintain and monitor sufficient material supply in preparation for emergencies; supervise an average of 20 to 30 employees; provide, mentor, evaluate and supervise employee training as needed; plan and execute turnaround activities; inspect equipment for efficient and proper mechanical functioning such as gaskets, bolting, belts, and other essential parts before return to originating operating group; determine types of material, craftspeople and equipment such as scaffolding and rigs and time required to complete projects; function in general contractor capacity to make necessary decisions to ensure successful completion of project; on call availability

Make rounds on rotating equipment; simple PM jobs equipment; inside control board operator; monitor/control operation of distillation columns and compressors; isolation/commissioning equipment; order materials for normal operations and outages; generate procedures to clear/commission equipment; return the punch list following completion of maintenance work to Operations Coordinator; technical adviser; assist during outages and emergencies; focal point on shift

Load and unload barges and ships; hydro testing; load hoses and arms; connect piping, hoses and arms; crane operations
