Responsible for the day to day review of the security systems status, as well as coordinating changes and additions to the client sites.As the liazon between Convergint and the client, my responsibilities will also include the overall management of any project work, and the analysis/verification of the deliverables, as well as eventual handover/signoff.

Developed an eastern Canadian regional presence for Convergint Technologies, whose business presence had been primarily focused in western Canada.For approximately a year and a half, my focus was on building on the existing client relationships, that Convergint had in eastern Canada, as well as to create new business opportunities through wholesale relationships with related contracting and engineering partners.Carrying the responsibilities for business development, sales/customer service, operations management, as well as managing the business systems, including project management, billings, and collections, and relying on a contracted/managed labour pool, I was able to better focus on client relationships, resulting in new business opportunities, and ongoing sales/revenue growth.

Stepped into the role of Project Coordinator at the completion of the sales phase of the largest single project that Siemens Canada had ever been awarded. Responsibilities included the interpretation of the systems engineering requirements, design of the different systems and their integration linkages, and ongoing Siemens sales representation to the client, contractors, and consultant. I was also responsible for the assembly, management, and supervision of the Siemens project team, including installers, specialists, programmers, and vendor training and commissioning engineers. At the close of 2006, I am now acting in a Project Management position, which includes budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting. As of mid 2008, I am now acting as the integrated operations manager, whose duties include overseeing of all aspects of the operations group, including presales analysis, technical sales, overall project management, and establishing/maintaining client relations. For most of the period between 2009 and my leaving in 2011, we had been short on staff, including a Project Manager, and Engineer. I had been performing these duties, for this period, as well as design, and management of the group, as well as design and engineering support for large projects, and design/engineering support for sales and the service group, as well.
