I am currently serving as Chief Lending Officer at OneAZ Credit Union, a $3.4B Phoenix-based financial institution. In my role as CLO, I lead consumer, mortgage, and business lending, including loan production, credit risk management, collections and fulfillment teams made up of approximately 100 employees. As a senior member of the executive team, I help shape the strategic direction and growth of the Credit Union, products, and the performance of its loan assets.

During the first 21 months of my tenure with Elevations, I (along with my insanely talented team) led the development of the strategy, operations, technology, and product set for the Business Banking initiative, transforming what was a relatively minor and unsophisticated function of the Credit Union into a significant business line. Since launching, Elevations has seen tremendous growth in business members, loans, and deposits. Following is a summary of some of the many outcomes we achieved:-Rolled out a complete suite of business products and services developed through careful analysis of market research and data, competitive comparisons, and aligning the products to fit within and support Business Banking's high-level strategy. -Developed processes and procedures designed to optimize the member experience in terms of sales, service, and support delivered by several hundred employees across a large organization and footprint. -Developed a complete underwriting workflow for business loans that sets apart Elevations Credit Union from competitive institutions by providing market-leading approval times and service delivery. -Evaluated several third-party online banking platform providers, identified needs, structured and negotiated several contracts of up to nearly $1 million, and successfully implemented an entirely new online banking platform for business members.

In seven amazing years with AMG, I had the opportunity to play a crucial role in helping build what was then a fledgling institution to a successful, cutting-edge organization active in several facets of the financial services industry. The combined efforts of our team allowed AMG to bring a level of financial expertise and experience not seen at banks of its size, combined with the service, support, and creativity that one would expect to find at a smaller bank. My involvement with the Bank included helping develop the Bank's strategy, processes, and products, as well as building and managing a portfolio of loans in the following categories: Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Venture Capital, Private Banking, and both Commercial and High-End Residential Construction. This included clients in the Boulder and Denver Metro Areas, Silicon Valley, and New York City.

I was personally recruited by the Regional President to join Colorado State Bank and Trust and assist him in the creation and launching of the Boulder/Northern Colorado commercial banking market. What began its first few months operating from a corner table in a local Starbucks, then growing to identify and open a temporary branch and LPO, to ultimately opening a fully-staffed, full-service permanent location in Downtown Boulder, we truly were creating a new market for the Bank. Today, CSBT remains a strong player in the Boulder Market, and that is something I am proud to have helped jumpstart.

While working for Charter One Bank in the Chicago area, I was recruited by Wells Fargo for a Business Banking Relationship Manager position in Boulder, CO. During my tenure with Wells Fargo I grew my loan portfolio by over 400% of my goal, brought in an additional $7.5 million in deposits to the Bank, and was involved in underwriting some of the most complex credits in the Boulder market. I was recognized for excellence among my peers on several occasions, and was chosen as one of two Bankers in the Colorado market for full-year achievement in 2005.

As the only local Credit Analyst within the commercial banking team, I supported a group of ten lenders by assisting them with loan analysis, structure, write-ups and presentations, approval, documentation, monitoring, as well as ongoing support. During my tenure as Credit Analyst, I created several new workflow processes, as well as designed a pricing metric that assisted Loan Officers with ascertaining appropriate pricing for a given risk profile. While thoroughly enjoying my time at Charter One, the desire of my family was to relocate to Colorado, which we were able to achieve in September, 2004, thus ending my tenure at the Bank.

I served as a Financial Analyst supporting a $65 million business unit within IBM's Software Group, as well as a $50 million unit within IBM Global Services. My responsibilities included working with business unit leaders to forecast revenue and expenses, headcount growth, and ensure that the forecasts were accurate and timely. While this position was not one I particularly enjoyed, I now look back at the skills and knowledge I gained during my time at IBM and realize that they helped shape where I am today, and for that I am extremely thankful. IBM is an outstanding company, and one for which I am proud to have worked.
