This required working closely with the Engineering Team and overseeing the development of new Manufacturing Technologies, as well as obtaining capital investment to achieve volume.• Built a state of the art Directed Energy Laser facility; this required creating the business plan, obtaining Exec Management approval to secure $2.7M in funding. Subsequently coordinated the various stakeholders to create a facility specification and plan, hired the contractor team, and managed the 27,000 SF facility build out to operational readiness. -
