On April 30, 2018 Pentair split into two companies and I because the ERP Technical Manager for nVent responsible for the 6 ERPs which account for 1.3 billion in revenues. Pentair: 17 years of managing/leading a lean IT team supporting a business unit of Pentair which today consists of 1,700+ JDE users at 6 mfg / distribution sites in MN, KY, CA, RI, Mexico, and China (appx $650M annual revenue). Proven ability to lead/motivate skilled people in designing, developing, and supporting ERP applications. Deep expertise & experience across all ERP functions AND related business processes…. Finance, Sales, Ops, Supply Chain, Whse & Distribution, & how systems support LEAN business processes.Experience building highly effective teams, managing projects & resources (people), and effectively build successful IT/Business partnerships, projects, and solutions (both ‘hands-on’ and leading).
