Over twenty-five years experience as a change management, organizational development and performance improvement specialist. Formally trained in wholesale logistics and supply chain management while employed by the Defense Logistics Agency in Philadelphia, eventually became the Quality Director that fostered change by developing and implementing process-centered improvement strategies which significantly contributed to the Center being awarded the President’s Quality Award, then the federal government’s equivalent of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Attended the prestigious University of Tennessee Institute for Productivity through Quality, an affiliation that resulted in an appreciation for systems approaches to performance improvement, cultural change and Six Sigma methods.
